We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns are accepted within 30 days from the ship date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the item is received at our warehouse in its original condition, your refund will be issued.

To ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction, all of our products are shipped with a protective seal.

  • Inspection Before Opening: Customers are required to carefully inspect the product (including packaging, labeling, and external condition) before breaking the seal.

  • Final Sale Once Opened: For hygiene and quality control reasons, once the seal is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Eligible Returns: Only products with an intact seal, in original packaging, and in resalable condition are eligible for return/exchange within the specified return window.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping and handling fees are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of a defective product.

Regarding product descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any of our services is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Color appearance on a monitor or mobile display can look altered under various illumination conditions. If a product we offer is not accurate as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition with an intact seal.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately before breaking the seal if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/Unsealed Products: All products are shipped with a protective seal. This seal is designed with a tamper-evident watermark/marking—once removed or broken, it leaves a visible trace on the packaging to indicate that the seal has been opened. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken or altered seal is considered used and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Discounted / Sale Items: All sale, clearance, or promotional items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Due to their unique nature, custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.

Please carefully inspect the product before breaking the seal. Once the seal is broken and the watermark/marking appears, the product is strictly non-returnable.

Missing/Lost Packages, Damaged/Stolen Items

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the USPS, DHL or any other delivery service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS, DHL or any other delivery service, we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS or any other delivery service. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve any shipment issues. If you are able to provide a USPS claim number and detailed information, we may be able to further assist in this matter; otherwise, we only have the capacity to track your package.

Refunds

Please allow 2–3 weeks from receipt of the return at our warehouse for your account to be credited, and 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Changes & Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email customer service for Beauty4You at beauty4youhandmadenails@gmail.com. We can’t process orders cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, but we will notify you on the following business day. Once the order has shipped, we are not able to cancel or accept changes to orders. Please email to cancel and/or reorder your item(s). Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed no changes (email address, mailing address, or order quantities and details) can be made.
