Shipping policy

We process most orders within 3 business days of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders arrive within 3-8 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your package ships. 

We offer free shipping on orders totaling $69 or more.

Shipping Method:

Standard (3-8 days) $6.99 (Free on orders $69 or more)

Expedited (2-3 days) $19.9

We only ship within the United States. We DO NOT ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico at this time.

Please note: Our Luxury Customization Line is made to order and ships within 35 days.

For our Luxury Customization Line, each piece is made to order and fully customized to your specifications. Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, please allow up to 35 days for production before your order is shipped. Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both standard and luxury items, all items may be shipped together once the customized pieces are completed, unless otherwise arranged.

Delays

Please note that production and delivery times may be affected by holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always keep you informed if any delays occur.
